BaaS Governance Manager (m/f/x)

Your Tasks:

  • Acts as a strategic advisor to the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) Head and his senior management team, while also acting as a representative of BaaS in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the liaison between BaaS Head and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time with the right focus
  • Participates with the BaaS Head and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Participates in program management, having a view on all Product Implementation and BaaS initiatives across all clients, and setting up any mitigation needed to meet the plans
  • Within program management, organizes and gathers information from various departments and meetings and reports that information, along with recommendations, to executive members
  • Participates in strategic initiatives by leading them, ensuring timely, effective completion and reports results back to the BaaS Head and his senior management team
  • Responsible of the new and revised policies and strategies to be applied in the Baas Area
  • Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations related to BaaS
  • Maintains accurate confidential files and data records, for all different BaaS initiatives (present and past)
  • Supports BaaS Head in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion, coordination and follow up of action items
  • Helps members of the BaaS area to perform their duties to the best of their ability
  • Provides coaching for other staff members

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus but not required
  • At least 15 years of corporate strategy and/or executive management experience
  • Minimum 10 years proven experience in technological Transformation Programs
  • Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills in the technical and business-related environment
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive heads using strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Has a flexible and is willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivation
  • Strategic mindset
  • Strong functional knowledge in Consumer Finance Business is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of English, German and Spanish would be an asset
